BABKUBWA EXTRA

The Babkubwa Extra offer will allow residents of Tanzania to talk for free for 3 hours, seven days a week Zantel to Zantel and receive 5 free SMS cross-net valid for 24hrs. To enjoy this offer the customer must have a minimum balance of not less than TZS 500 upon registration.

Business Rules

Subscriber pays Tsh 500 daily subscription fee and get to make calls for free 3Hrs on-net mainland only plus 5 free SMS cross-net valid for 24hrs.

The BABKUBWA EXTRA promotion is applicable only to Pre-Paid customers.

The Babkubwa Extra Promotion is applicable only to the Pre-Paid customers.

The Babkubwa Extra Promotion offer is applicable only to voice calls on-net Zantel to Zantel BOTH in MAINLAND and ZANZIBAR.

Babkubwa Extra Subscription is valid for 3Hrs from the time the customer successfully subscribes to the promotion. Example Customer 1 registers at 20:10 of the 6th November, he is then allowed, after successful registration, to make on-net calls for free from 20:10 6th November until 23:10 of the 6th of November.

Babkubwa Extra subscriber is allowed to re-register anytime after his current Babkubwa Extra time expires.

SMS and all other VAS will NOT be included in the offer and will be charged at normal rate except for the free SMS given on registration and free ring back tone.

At the end of validity of promotion, customers will always go back to either base, Sawa Sawa tariff plan and International Calls promotion.

Customer on the Babkubwa Extra promotion making off-net calls should be charged from customer’s main account (base or Sawa Sawa Tariff) and not his promotional account except for International Calls Promotion.

With exception of International Calls Promotion, the customer cannot be in two promotions at the same time. E.g. Babkubwa Extra and Island Promotion.

The customer will also benefit from Sawa Sawa Tariff and International calls promotion.

Subscribers on Tsh 500 are allowed for multiple registration i.e. subscriber can register again within 24 hrs anytime his 3hrs of Babkubwa Extra time has expired.Subscriber pays Tsh 500 subscription fee and get to make calls for free 3Hrs on-net ANYWHERE IN TANZANIA plus 5 free SMS cross-net valid for 24hrs.
