We hold individual performance management discussions two times a year, with mid-year interim discussions and regular one to ones. These discussions are there to help you and your manager/ supervisor to understand your strengths and development areas, to create your Personal Development Plan and to find learning solutions for you.
Graduate Recruitment Program
Zantel has launched its first Graduate Recruitment Program in 2009 where by fresh graduates with the interest in telecommunication industry applied and 36 graduates out of 200 were successful to join the first Zantel Graduate Program and are currently attached to IT, Engineering and Commercial Departments.

We have clearly established lines of communication so that everyone can express their ideas and give feedback to managers. There are intranet sites, road shows, team briefings, individual development reviews and we are about to launch our newsletter.
We carry out employee surveys not just to make Zantel a better place to work, but to improve the business for our customers and stakeholders. The results are used by the senior team as part of their ongoing review of management priorities and practices. We also invite a cross-section of employees to regular discussion sessions with directors so our people can put their questions and comments directly to the senior management team.
