To join the High Life package a subscriber simply needs to dial *149*08# and they will receive a menu with instructions on how to use the service.

2. What are the benefits of the High Life Package?

The High Life package allows you to make calls worldwide anytime for a flat rate of TSH 3 per second to over 25 popular international destinations. On data the High Life package offers discounted rates on 2GB internet packages for TSH 10,000 per week and TSH 35,000 per month. This package has an added value of a loyalty program that rewards the customer for every TSH 1,000 they spend they earn 1 point.

3. Who can join the High Life package?

The High Life package is open for prepaid customers only both in Zanzibar and mainland Tanzania.

4. What international destinations are included in the High Life?

To find out the top international destinations a subscriber needs to dial *143# and they will get a list of the top 25 international destinations.

5. Can post paid customers join the High Life package?

Post paid customers cannot join the High Life package. This offer is only for prepaid customers.

6. How does one earn points on the High Life package?

For every TSH 1,000 a customer spends while on this package they will earn 1 point.

7. How much does it cost to join the High Life package?

To subscribe to the High Life package a subscriber is charged a one off subscription fee of TSH 1,000.

8. How does one redeem points on the High Life package?

To redeem rewards through the USSD menu a customer will simply dial *149*08# and will receive a menu with instructions on how to get the selected reward.

Those rewards which need to be redeemed from Zantel offices or shops, a customer will have to fill a form and will be advised when they should collect their reward. The form can be accessed from our website www.zantel.co.tz and once filled can be sent electronically to highlife@zantel.co.tz
