ONE STOP SHOPPING FOR ZANTEL'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Zantel, the fastest growing mobile, data, and Fixed Line Communication Company in Tanzania, opened its seventh flagship shop in Dar es Salaam to make shopping for the company's products and services more convenient for its customers. The Zantel shop located at the Morogoro Road and Libya Street junction offers a wide variety of services from Zantel.

Aimed at providing extensive range of services, the shop is set out to also maximize opportunities for interaction between customers and the Zantel service team.

Speaking about the new shop Darren Harris, Head of Customer Care Department said, 'We have worked very hard in introducing new ways of listening and understanding our customers’ needs. We recognize that our relationship with our customers is essential and long term as the mobile moves from being simply a method of communicating to a way of life. Over the forthcoming future we will be opening shops in various areas across Tanzania, each designed to meet our customer's demands and needs.”

“As an appreciation to our subscribers, Zantel now opens a new shop in the Kisutu area to make our products and services more accessible and available to our clients. This is an opportunity for our clients around this area to come to us for any need as or queries they may have and are not able to reach the Drive-in Headquarter offices” added Mr. Harris.
