ZANTEL'S ONE STOP SHOPPING IN MWANZA

Zantel, the fastest growing mobile, data, and Fixed Line Communication Company in Tanzania, opened its eighth flagship shop in Mwanza to make shopping for the company's products and services more convenient for its customers. The Zantel shop located at Nyerere Road offers a wide variety of services from Zantel.

Aimed at providing extensive range of services, the shop is set out to also maximize opportunities for interaction between customers and the Zantel service team.

Speaking about the new shop Deo Kwiyukwa, National Sales Manager said, 'We have worked very hard in introducing new ways of listening and understanding our customers’ needs. We recognize that our relationship with our customers is essential and long term as the mobile moves from being simply a method of communicating to a way of life. Over the forthcoming future we will be opening shops in other areas across Tanzania, each designed to meet our customer's demands and needs.”

Opening the shop on behalf of Mwanza Regional Commissioner, Abbas Kandoro, Acting Regional Commissioner who is the District Commissioner for Ilemela Lt. Col. (Rt) Serenge Mrengo “By providing customers with a wide range of products conveniently, you are simplifying their many activities, both personally and economically, since communication services are easily available from Zantel.”

“Today residents of Mwanza are able to do business in a quick and reliable manner using different communication tools such as mobile phone and internet. Whether is talking, sending money or making payment,” he added.
