Customers will get the offer 600 minutes every time s/he recharges with Tsh 2999 amount via Mimina only

The 600 minutes will be valid for 30 days

The 600 minutes cannot be transferred

Offer is valid for Zantel customers who are in Upcountry Regions, this are regions other than Dar or Zanzibar

Upcountry customers can use the 600 minutes when they make calls from Zantel network only.

For Zantel Upcountry customer to know if s/he is at the Zantel network the phone will display Zantel network. If the phone display’s other Networks on the Zantel’s customer phone and the customer make a call the 600 minutes will not be used. Customer will be charged normal rate of Zantel base plan (Umoja or Twanga).

Off-net, International calls, SMS, VAS will be charged at normal rates (Zantel base plan Umoja or Twanga) regardless the customer is in the offer or not.

On-net calls made from region not included in the offer, Dar and Zanzibar, will be charged normal rate (Zantel base plan Umoja or Twanga) as per the service class

If the customers’ recharges with Tsh 2999 and s/he is in Dar or Zanzibar, customer will get the 600 minutes but will only be able to use them when s/he is in Upcountry regions where the offer applies (On Zantel Network) and that should be within 30 days from when the minutes were received otherwise they will expire.

After customers have recharged with Tsh 2999 from Mimina to get the offer they can still use paper vouchers or Mimina to recharge for use of other service like International calls, SMS, VAS or for usage outside regions(upcountry) for On-net calls.

Following Zantel customers will not be able to join the offer unless the unsubscribe from existing plans to base tariff plan (Umoja or Twanga)
